LODGE SUPERVISOR x1 Lusaka Zambia – Fixed Term Contract

Position Description: LODGE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Full grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum of a Diploma in General Hospitality
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience preferably in the Hospitality industry.
• Must be computer literate
• Must have full knowledge of the operations of all the departments in the hotel industry
• Must be mature and sober-minded.

Competencies:

• Works collaboratively as a team player, listens actively, and values contributions
• Self-management and personal accountability
• Be able to work in a team
• Ability to work long hours
• Assistance to conduct training for the staff members.
• Flexible with working hours
• Time management
