Our client, Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company Ltd (LWSC) is URGENTLY seeking enthusiastic, well-seasoned individuals to be a part of their robust team. Reporting to the Managing Director the incumbents will be based in Lusaka for the following positions:

DIRECTOR – HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs and maintain good industrial relations.

KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND RELATED SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, /Social Sciences.
  • A Master’s degree in relevant field is an advantage
  • Eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions with demonstrated 5 years working experience at a senior management level
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations
  • Developing and implementing HR interventions and Policies preferably in a commercial/ service industry

Registered with an appropriate Human Resources professional body
