Pula Advisors is pleased to announce vacant positions for Enumerators. Pula Advisors is a technology company working to provide insurance to millions of smallholder farmers across Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

Coordination

• Participate in weekly calls
• Regular communication and reporting to the supervisor using phone and WhatsApp.
• Submit daily and weekly KPIs where requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Data Collection

• Provide feedback to supervisor on observations made during the pre-testing of tools.
• Conduct Household Surveys and field visits designed to measure farmers’ harvest of identified target groups.
• Collect farmer field data using mobile phones or tablets
• Report any field findings and learnings to field supervisor

Farmer Interactions

• When instructed, conduct specific activities with farmers in specific areas.
• Provide excellent and rapid customer service support to farmers and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate with a credit in English and Mathematics,
• Diploma or Certificate in Business, Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture or any other related field
• At least 2 previous professional experiences working with a company or NGO in rural settings
• Fluent in English, Nyanja, Bemba, Lozi, Tonga
