Madison Health Solutions (MHs) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to be recruited as Team leaders to be based in Lusaka & Ndola

KEY QUALIFICATIONS, QUALITIES & ABILITIES

• Full grade twelve certificate
• A Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be added advantage
• A minimum of one (1) year working experience will be added advantage
• The candidate should be a team player
• Prioritizes work effectively
• Maintains good working relations with superiors, subordinates, colleagues, and clients
• Meeting of deadlines a Must
• Valid Driver’s license will be added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
•  Selecting, interviewing, recruiting and training of Sales Representatives to build and maintain an active sales team
• Meet or exceed sales target for your team
• Coordinate sales efforts with other team members
• Appraising performance of sales representatives on a quarterly basis
• Retention of Sales Representatives- Minimum retention is 80% of the original team at the being of the year
• Maintain accurate records for your team
• Ensuring that your team meets its targets set by management
• Maintain a minimum of five (5) Sales Representatives in a team
• Timely reporting of weekly & monthly reports
• Attending to any other duties as assigned from time to time.
