Management Trainees
Zambeef Products PLC a fast growing Zambian Agribusiness Company invites applications from suitably qualified Zambian citizens to join the Company as Management Trainees in Food Science & Technology.

1. Reporting lines

The position shall functionally report into the Head of the Milk Processing Plc

2. Duties and Responsibilities

  • To help develop ways of making processed foods safe and healthy.
  • To help develop better ways of preserving and packaging products.
  • Ensure and monitor correct sanitary operations and environmental standards are maintained

3. Qualifications and Experience

  •  Full Grade 12 School certificate.
  •  Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology.
  •  Must be computer literate.
  •  Experience in dairy processing will be an advantage – in-house training will be given
  •  Driving Licence would be an added advantage.
