In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

MANAGER – DIGITAL SALES AND ALLIANCES (1)

Reporting to the Director – Digital Banking and Marketing, the jobholder will, among other things, develop a sales strategy and lead the team to drive sales for the banks digital proposition (Mobile, Internet, Card and QR code payments); will be responsible for client acquisition and registration on digital channels, agent, and merchant acquisition; and will be expected to identify and create alliances with other Digital Financial Service providers as well as retain a portfolio of digital bank customers to meet business targets and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent that includes a minimum of credit in Mathematics and English language.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management or any other related discipline.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in MNO, FMCG, FinTech or Banking.
  • Proven experience in a similar role and Team Management.
  • Knowledge and experience in business process modeling and analytics.
  • Experience in coaching/training large teams.
  • Good knowledge of general banking practices and procedures, and
  • Good understanding of the financial compliance and regulatory framework.
