Responsibilities:
• In charge of all sales and marketing activities for the Company.
• Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.
• Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain users and advertisers.
• Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.
• Recruit, manage, and develop personnel to support business growth i.e. sales and promotion teams.
• Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
• Compile lists describing product or service offerings (proposals), seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
• Supervises marketing activities undertaken by other departments and ensures conformance to organization goals.
• Meet revenue and profit targets.

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years in leadership position
• Minimum 3 years with brand and merchandising management, and in managing an online web development or systems environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, and developing and implementing successful business strategies
• Proven ability to meet budget, revenue, and profit goals
• Experience in building and managing a successful team
• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, an MBA is an added advantage
• Languages: English
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Account Management skills (getting and analyzing customer’s requirements for offer preparation and contract negotiations)
• Customer Oriented, Drive for Results, Communication Skills, Conviction & Courage, Ability to work in a matrix environment.
