We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our marketing team and an Administrative Officer to join the Human Resource and Administration team. Below are the tasks for the positions.

Job Description

• Enroll new students for Nursing and clinical medicine
• Market the schools of health sciences to our current and the general public
• Maintaining records of business transactions in regards to marketing.
• Submit reports and achieve the company’s targets on student recruitments.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow up recruitment agents to increase the number of new registered students
• Represent the company in an ethical and responsible way
• Find new ways to improve the rate of registered nurses and clinical medicine students.
• Deliver a workable marketing strategy
• Research and understand competing colleges.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing
• 3 years’ work experience in Marketing in a School of Health Sciences
• Affiliated with the Zambia institute of Marketing

Skills required

• Charisma
• Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Self-motivation and self-confidence
• Consistent positive attitude and good communications skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
