POSITION: Occupational Health Enrolled Nurse

LOCATION: Mary Begg – Kansanshi mine hospital

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• To provide competent, and efficient Occupational Health nursing support to Mine employees, including the promotion of good health. Also to sustain high profile health awareness campaigns covering relevant topics including training

DUTIES:

1. Experienced in vital sign checks, phlebotomy and infection control.
2. To provide nursing care in accordance with appropriate professional and company standards.
3. To support and collaborate with peers and other providers within the wider health care team

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must have a current Enrolled Nurse qualification.
• Must be registered with the General Nursing Council with a valid practicing license
• Strong Communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail oriented
• Fluency in written and spoken English and local languages to the local community
• Counselling skills
