2. ONE MECHANICAL FOREMAN- NC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 5 years post qualification experience, experience with maintenance and construction and installation of electrical, control and instrumentation systems, computer literate and experience in CMMS, Pneumatics and hydraulics experience
3. ONE ELECTRICAL FOREMAN- NC/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 5 years post qualification experience, experience with maintenance and construction and installation of mechanical systems, computer literate and experience in CMMS, Pneumatics and hydraulics experience
4. ARTISANS- CLASS ONE FITTER- certified competent artisan class 1, apprenticeship trained, 5 O levels- maths, English and science, 5 years post apprenticeship experience,
5. ARTISANS- CLASS ONE ELECTRICIAN- – certified competent artisan class 1, apprenticeship trained, 5 O levels- maths, English and science, 5 years post apprenticeship experience, class 1 Electrician, solid understanding of VSDs, PLC and SCADA systems, smelter experience
6. ARTISANS- CLASS ONE BOILERMAKER- – certified competent artisan class 1, apprenticeship trained, 5 O levels- maths, English and science, 5 years post apprenticeship experience,
7. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN- ND in control and instruments or City and Guilds Electronic Engineering Part 3, 5 years experience, , solid understanding of VSDs, PLC and SCADA systems, smelter experience, Pneumatics and hydraulics experience
8. SMELTER CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR- diploma in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy, passed control room operator specific training module for technical operation of a plant, 5 years control room experience, computer literacy
9. REFRACTORY MASON- NC/Diploma in Masonry, 3 years post trade qualification experience, competent as Refractory Mason, English literacy
10. SENIOR PROCESSOR/ FURNACE TAPPER- the role is responsible for the efficient furnace tapping to ensure matte and slag granulation system- tapping of the furnace and operating fixed crane, casting of matte into sand moulds, 5 O levels, 5 years smelter experience for senior processor experience, computer literate, English proficiency, SHEQ management systems, experience with PGM Smelter an added advantage
11. JUNIOR PROCESSOR/ FURNACE ATTENDANTS- the role is responsible to carry out various smelter tasks as directed by the shift foreman- carry out paste measurements for the furnace, performing furnace sounding to determine slag and matte levels, 5 O levels, 5 years smelter experience for senior processor experience, computer literate, English proficiency, SHEQ management systems, experience with PGM Smelter an added advantage
12. JUNIOR PROCESSOR/ DRYER ATTTENDANT- the role is responsible to operate a flash dryer plant. Flash dryer is used to dry concentrates TO>0.5% moisture- 5 O levels, 5 years smelter experience for senior processor experience, computer literate, English proficiency, SHEQ management systems, experience with PGM Smelter an added advantage
