Alliance Hydraulics Ltd is a newly incorporated company based in Chingola. We wish to recruit the following members of staff to Kickstart operations

1. Sales Engineer x 1

• With a relevant degree and experience in selling hydraulic hoses and cylinders. The candidate must be able to specify appropriate applications.
• Must have a valid driving license
• Experience required – Minimum 6 years, most of it selling to the mines and industry

2. Office Manager/Internal Sales Person x 1

• Must have worked in a similar industry
• Must possess a University qualification in a relevant field
• Must be familiar with an ERP based accounting package
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• A driving license would be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience

3. Assistant Accountant x 1

• Must be part qualified ACCA/ZICA with hands-on experience on an erp based accounting package and must be able to do books up to finalization
• Experience 5 years in a relevant environment
• Driving license will be an added advantage

4. Workshop Foreman x 1

• Must be a qualified fitter with experience in hydraulic hose assemblies and repairing of cylinders
• Driving license would be an added advantage
• Must be of a sober character
• Experience- minimum 8 years

5. Fitter x 2

• Same qualifications as above
• Experience – minimum 5 years

6. Storekeeper x 1

• Must have a bookkeeping background
• Must have worked for a reasonably sized hydraulics company carrying stocks of fittings and accessories with a value of not less than ZMW 2,000,000
• Must have operated a computerized inventory package
• Must be of a sober character
• Experience – 5 years in a similar environment

7. Senior Fire Technician

• Must have an electronics background and able to install Fire Detection and suppression systems unsupervised
• Must be honest
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience – 6 years

8. Fire Technicians x 2

• Same qualifications as above but with 4 years’ experience
• Additional plumbing experience will be an added advantage

9. Driver

• Clean Driver’s license – Manual transmission
• Experience with trucks an advantage
• Mechanical background will be an advantage
• Cross-border experience will be an advantage

10. Mobile Crane Mechanic

• Must have profound experience in all aspects of Mobile Cranes i.e Mechanical, Electronics, Hydraulics and Electrical systems
• Experience – 6 years
