Bank’s strategic vision, in The Commercial Division Under the Marketing Department at Head Office.
Senior Marketing Specialist – 1
Responsibilities
- The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for brand management, and building
brand affinity by creating a corporate identity by planning, researching, and developing an effective brand and advertising strategies
Under the supervision of the Head Marketing, The following are among the
Job Key Responsibilities
- To understand the competitive market landscape and insights and based on
these insights give recommendations - Monitor production of marketing materials for print and the web
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate marketing activities
- Assist and provide creative inputs to website development
- Ensure consistent brand across all Bank channels and media platforms
- Lead the procurement and distribution of Bank collateral Manage and develop content for internal communication on marketing activities
- To support the business revenue growth and enhance profitability by developing
and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that reach our target market - To create unique customer experiences that ensure retention and contribute to
positive relationships between the customer and the Bank - To demonstrate what the brand can do for the customer and ensure that
the promise delivered by a given communication is realized in the eyes of the
customer - To clearly articulate the Bank’s overall mission and vision to all stakeholders and
find creative ways to appeal to potential customers - To assist Head Marketing to prepare and implement the overall marketing
strategy - Analyze market trends so as to be able to actively participate in meetings and
making recommendations to the rest of the marketing team - Assist Head Marketing in preparing and managing the marketing budget
- Participate in the development of integrated strategies to maintain existing client
- Relationships in order to achieve deeper market penetration
- To identify opportunities for thought leadership which include conferences and
publications - Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues
- Planning & management of exhibitions and any other product related events
- Internal/External Contact
- External: Agencies, Vendors
- Internal: All divisions
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Credit or above mandatory in Mathematics and English and any other
three subjects - Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Five (5) years experience in brand management and marketing
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage,
inform and motivate - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong knowledge of Bank products and channels and product and channel
market demands - Presentation and organisation skills
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret customer needs
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work
environment - Team player
- Efficient Time management
- Leadership qualities – natural leader and team player with strong influencing skills
- Strategic analysis
