Meal Courier Wanted at Ubuntu Meal Delivery Services Limited – August 2017

We are looking for high energy, punctual, enthusiastic, passionate meal couriers with an eye for detail who are great communicators and is able to take initiative as well as think on his or her feet quickly.

This role demands that you check all meal orders for accuracy, quality and deliver meal orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner.

You will deliver meals to customers in record times, meet customer with world-class enthusiasm and energy, build customer relationships with regulars and new customers, ensure accurate payments are made, ensure your designated delivery vehicle or motor bike is clean at all times, maintain consistent and accurate deliveries, determine the fastest and best delivery route, work well with others as well as have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your goal will be to ensure excellent service standards are maintained and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Therefore you will be working with assigned team members to
achieve this.

To be successful in your application, you must have the following

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Motorbike licence
• Must possess a genuine interest to provide a positive customer experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Understanding of first class customer service,
• Proven customer support experience, advantageous but not a must
• Passionate about food and technology
• Must be a team player and punctual Passionate about your career or aspirations
• Must be willing to learn, unlearn and learn again
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of challenges
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively
• Ability to manage contentious issues/experience in dispute resolution
