The objective of Job:

Formulate media marketing plan of content, product, activations, and promotion with the business situation to increase ARPU and renewal rate. Formulate media marketing strategy, media planning, and media buying to Increase media brand in the market.

The responsibility of Job:

1. Responsible for the whole marketing strategy to promote content, product, channels, activations, and promotion.
2. Responsible for promoting digital TV international channel, self-produced channel, the sports channel and other flagship channels and flagship programs.
3. According to the situation to analysis and supervise content marketing of competitor.
4. According to the whole content marketing strategy, formulate relative or special content activity plan and marketing plan with offline activity. Summarize and collect content marketing report.
5. Coordinate different media resource, supplier resource, and each channel to obtain the resource, cooperation channel and content promotion.
6. According to the strategy of content marketing, coordinate each department to do content marketing. Provide effective core content resource and promotion plan.
7. According to flagship channels, program, product, promotion to formulate media marketing strategy, planning, buying, and budget.
8. Other relative content marketing work

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years’ experience in marketing. More than 3 years content marketing or Media marketing experience.
2. Familiarity with TV operation mode and video operation on the internet. It will be a priority with content marketing work experience in broadcasting and TV or internet video.
3. Be good at interpersonal communication and team building. Be able to formulate content marketing strategy independently.
4. Write and speak English fluently. English will be work language.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor degree in marketing, Advertisement, and culture extension. Master degree or MBA will be a priority.
