Position: Field Sales Executive –Lusaka Office
Reporting relationship: Sales Manager
Key responsibilities
- To win and develop Ad-hoc, Small, Medium, and Large customers within a specific geographic territory in order to generate and meet revenue targets within the guidelines set out within the commercial policy and centrally agreed on sales processes in order to meet both individual and team activity and productivity KPIs.
- To ensure we keep Ad-hoc, Small, Medium, and Large customers within a specific geographic territory through building lasting relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service
Qualifications/Experience:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
- Computer literacy with good command of written and spoken English
- 2 of years face-to-face sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Organizational awareness (structure, products, and services
