Qualifications and capabilities:

• Bachelor of Food Science and Technology
• Ensure high microbiogical standards
• Constantly organize and conduct educational programs on hygiene preservation and spoilage of raw materials and final food products
• Ensure stringent quality control on supplies received
• Ensure adherence to hygiene standards in reference to the work environment and equipment
