mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our Zambia operations team as a Provider Engagement Lead. This role will entail developingpartnerships with both public and private hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics throughout the country. You would be responsible for working directly with management in healthcare facilities to ensure successful onboarding onto mPharma’s PBM and GPN programmes. The Lead’s main deliverable will be expanding our provider network throughout the country. He/She will interact with the mPharma’s product team and provide first hand feedback and inputs on the product roadmap.

The Lead’s specific tasks will include:

• Owning and leading multiple, simultaneous customer engagements implementing mPharma’s PBM and GPN Programme, following mPharma methodology and utilizing Project Management best practices
• Developing strong customer relationships that enable mPharma to become the foremost Pharmaceutical Benefits Management Company in Zambia and the Region.
• Working with the product management and development team to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the mPharma product suite.
• Serving as point person for the onboarding process by coordinating activities for data and integration teams.
• Designing, maintaining and updating a provider engagement roll out plan
• Developing Standard checklists and SOP’s from selection to sign up, deployment and eventually operations in Hospitals/Pharmacies

As mPharma is a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization, the Lead will also be expected to contribute to other initiatives that are critical to mPharma’s continued success.

• Experience managing people
• Experience working in multinational company with teams located in other countries is an advantage.
• The ability to be based in Zambia with frequent travel throughout the country
• A self-starter who can multitask while consistently producing high quality deliverables for a diverse set of concurrent initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management or related fields
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Fluent oral and written English
• Spotless business and personal background
