Responsibilities

• Responsible for MTN Zambia KYC in line with BOZ and ZICTA KYC guideline;
• Responsible for Distribution Policy, Processes, Contracts and ensure Implementation and Control;
• Provide Strategic Distributor Operations Guidelines & Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to drive Commercial activities;
• Lead the development strategies to ensure commercial stock availability and logistics across all channels;
• Lead the development of strategies and programs to drive customer acquisition, channel growth, trade loyalty and product development;
• Lead development of go to market models for new products and services;
• Lead the development of Divisions analytics and provide Regional Teams with insights and analytics to guide execution for business growth;
• Contributes to the development of methodologies and reports to effectively analyze results and performance against KPIs and share key insights;
• Responsible for developing the Country Trade Marketing Strategy and BTL implementation guidelines in key retail trade channels, Distributor shops and company owned stores;
• Partner with internal and external teams to develop assets and to ensure consistency in message and branding across all markets and distribution channels;
• Manage Trade support budget to ensure effective budget management and optimize resource allocation to achieve profitable growth;

Candidate requirements

• A Degree in Marketing/Sales/Administration or Supply Chain. A Postgraduate Degree is an added advantage
• 8 years relevant experience of which Manager track record of 5 years or more and at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry
