Service Centre Controller (Lusaka & Kasama).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages stock, reconciliation and cash at the Service Centre.
  • Drive sales targets and  customer centricity in the service centres
  • Directs, motivates and inspires team to deliver in excess of expectation in a highly pressured environment
  • Monitors and ensure compliance with business processes, MTN policies and procedures.
  • Drives regional initiatives and ensure brand compliance.

Candidate Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Accounting qualification as added advantage
  • 1 years experience in retail management.
  • Customer Service and Sales/Marketing experience
  • Appreciation of the telecommunications industry
  • Able to driving customer centricity in the Service Centre and Region

Sales Support (Lusaka, Mansa & Kitwe)

Responsibilities
  • Respond to walk in customer needs and problems relating to sim cards or phones or any other service complaint
  • Provide features on the sim cards
  • Provide, create and maintain numbers for prepaid walk in customers
  • Deactivate/reactivate stolen or recovered sim cards
  • Replace/ maintain numbers for prepaid walk in customers
  • Acquire and maintain complete knowledge concerning the company’s range of products and services and apply that to knowledge in relation to customer’s requirements and problems
  • Maintain up to date literature on MTN products, sales aids and price list
  • Stay abreast of developments in areas of expertise and
Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma in Sales and marketing or its equivalent
  • Understanding various converging technologies
  • Understanding of various corporate requirements
  • Computer literacy

Pricing & Business Intelligence Analyst

 Responsibilities
  • Support alignment of operational pricing objectives and consider the impact of solutions on all areas of the business
  • Evaluate competitor activity and influence on product pricing and pricing plans and put contingency plans in place
  • Work with internal business stakeholders in the development and execution product pricing and pricing plans
  • Support input into the forecasting, planning, development and review of business plans and budget for the unit
  • Collaborate with research team to understand competitor pricing
  • Ensure deployment of segment marketing strategies including propositions, products/services , customer engagement offerings aligned with  the MTN brand promise
  • Monitor effectively the execution of strategy against specifications and make recommendations on interventions to bridge gaps
  • Evaluate new opportunities for revenue growth and provide assistance required in support of the business or tactical plans on an adhoc basis.
  • Develop business cases including any analyses of market trends and  post  launch analysis and review of all products and services
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing or any other Business/Commerce related degree
  • At least 2 years experience of Marketing and Pricing
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position, in dynamic and fast-moving industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Financial knowledge essential
