Electronic Distribution Manager

Reports: Chief Sales & Distribution Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and distribution of electronic voucher
• Prepare annual plan and budget to implement area strategy to grow use of electronic voucher
• Provide support to distributors, including appropriate branding of distributor facilities, supply of adequate stocks, building of capacity, training on electronic voucher
• Monitor and manage electronic voucher performance and sales nationwide
• Provides market and customer information and intelligence to Marketing
• Liaises with Regional Consumer Sales Managers on strategies to grow electronic voucher distribution
• Effectively manages the development of direct reports, effectively linking performance management, learning & development, talent management and the MTNZ Employee Value Proposition to achieve optimum performance

Candidates Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Commerce
• 4 Years FMCG sales experience
• Administration and Operational Management experience
• Telecommunications experience an advantage
• Manages negotiations and market awareness
