Job Title: Operations Manager

Reporting To: Chief Sales And Distribution Officer

Responsibilities

Development of annual regional business plan including regional goals, strategies and objectives.
Assist respective functional heads to manage the implementation of annual business plan
Monitor and control regional float to ensure that expenditure is in line with budgets
Monitor, in close liaison with functional heads to driving sales and revenues through product availability, market and strategy-led pricing and channel strategies.
Provide support to the regional marketing team with gaining regional insights in all segments.

Candidate Requirements

First degree in Marketing/Sales, Commerce, Business
Minimum of 6 years in large to medium sized industry
4 years practical Sales & Distribution management
Experience in medium to large subsidiary of multinational/telecom company
