MTN Zambia is currently looking for a suitably qualified person to fill in the position of;

Segment Analyst

Responsibilities

  •  Plan and develop segment growth tactical strategy in conjunction with Product Development and Brand teams
  •  Effectively measure and evaluate activities and general performance within the mass and youth value segment.
  •  Support in the development of relevant advertising/communication
  •  Apply research skill to accomplish business objectives
  •  Ensure deployment of segment marketing strategies including propositions, products/services , customer engagement offerings aligned with the MTN brand promise
  •  Monitor effectively the execution of strategy against specifications and make recommendations on interventions to bridge gaps
  •  Evaluate new opportunities for revenue growth and provide assistance required in support of the business or tactical plans on an adhoc basis.
  •  Provide delivery and performance tracking through regular reporting.

Requirements

  •  Degree in marketing or any other Business/Commerce related degree
  •  3 years experience of which:
  •  Marketing experience within an FMCG or Advertising / Communications Industry
  •  Experience in the telecommunications industry
