Senior Manager: Learning & Organisational Development

Responsibilities

  •  Monitor and maintain processes and procedures for measuring the impact of learning and development activities
  • Review MTN Zambia strategic and annual plans, performance appraisal results and Individual
  • Development Plans (IDPs) and organizational structures
  •  Provide support to the business in the preparation of talent profiles and development plans
  •  Develop and manage MTN Zambia talent management processes and procedures for all staff
  • Provide support to the line managers for the implementation of the Integrated Performance Framework activities
  •  Facilitate restructuring projects and ensure compliance with organization design and change management methodologies
  • Maintains current versions of approved organogram and liaise with departments for the preparation of job profiles and evaluations according to Group standards
  •  Manage the MTN Zambia Wellness, Reward and Recognition Programmes

Candidate Requirements

  •  Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology
  •  A Masters degree in Human Resources Management an added advantage
  • Associate or Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)
  • 7 years experience in HR
  •  Experience in L&D, Performance Management and OD
