Service Centre Controller (Kitwe)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages stock, reconciliation and cash at the Service Centre.
  • Drive sales targets and customer centricity in the service centres
  • Directs, motivates and inspires team to deliver in excess of expectation in a highly pressured environment
  • Monitors and ensure compliance with business processes, MTN policies and procedures.
  • Drives regional initiatives and ensure brand compliance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Accounting qualification as added advantage
  • 1 years experience in retail management.
  • Customer Service and Sales/Marketing experience
  • Appreciation of the telecommunications industry
  • Able to driving customer centricity in the Service Centre and Region

Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Monitors stock levels
  • Receives stocks and process them into the warehouse
  • Undertake monthly stock taking and reconciliation of physical inventory to record inventory
  • Liaises with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure that stock is available at all times
  • Maintains sound receiving and issuing procedures
  • Checks cleanliness of warehouse storage rooms and proper organization of stock/bin shelves.
  • Keeps proper record for all non-sales inventories including all other company assets that are delivered to stores for safe keeping
  • Extracts data from the system in response to queries received for information

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma in Accounting ZICA/AAT/CIMA/ACCA
  • Minimum of two (2) years inventory management
  • Accounting training
  • Supervisory skills training
  • Stock management.
