A male/ female chef with at least an advanced certificate in food production, three years work experience, willing and able to work for long hours, must be physically fit with a food handlers health certificate.

2. Receptionist

A male or female receptionist with at least a diploma in front desk operations, at least three years work experience, young and enthusiastic, must be able to handle pressure, willing and able to work for long hours.
a male driver with at least a grade 12 certificate. must be able to speak, read and write English, must have a class B or C driving licence with at least three years work experience.

3. Gardner

A male gardener with at least a grade 12 certificate, must be hard working and energetic, able to speak good English with three years working experience.
