VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Allterrain Services Group, Africa’s leading facilities service provider is looking for dynamic and self- motivated Zambian with proven performance to fill the existing vacant positions below:

1. ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR X 1 (Re-advertised)

The Primary duty of the Accounts Supervisor will be to support the Project accountant in overseeing the Site and ensure it meets its operational targets in relation to operational performance targets, revenue, cost control and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting/Finance related field (ACCA or ZICA Level 2) or any equivalent combination of education and experienced enough to perform job duties
• A good understanding of the hospitality business
• Good appreciation of tax and other statutory requirements
• Spreadsheet and Accounting software familiarization
• Can-do spirit and result orientation
• Ability to use vested authority to ensure respect and produce results
• Track record of consistent competence and integrity
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Team player, loyalty and sincerity to the business
• Independent worker with little need for supervision
• Strong computer skills,
• Self-motivated & interpersonal skills ability to work in remote sites with extended times
• Able to work with and manage diverse & intercultural teams

2. STOREMAN-X 1

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate must have;

• A minimum of senior high school level certificate with proficient computer skills -a certificate in Purchasing and supply will be added advantage
• Some practical experience working in the stores
• Have knowledge of ordering, receiving, storing and issuing stock
• Must possess excellent communication skills, including verbal and written in the English language.
• Be physically fit and be able to pass pre-employment and medical examinations

3. DATA ENTRY CLERK X 1

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Must have a minimum of College Diploma or Higher Certificate Computer Studies or IT related course with some practical experience working in the stores or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered
• Have knowledge of ordering, receiving, storing and issuing procedures
• Have knowledge to receive, review, and enter data into the computer system or tracking database according to established procedures
• Creative, self-motivated, proactive and confident
• Creative with ideas in stock controls
• Able to work with other staff from other Departments, as well as the clients
• Knowledge of food cost control principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be physically fit and be able to pass pre-employment and medical examinations

4. ACCOUNTS CLERK X 01

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a ZICA Technician, any work-related experience in a similar role will be added advantage.
• A good understanding of Accounting systems
• Good appreciation of tax and other statutory requirements
• Some experience in a catering or mining environment
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Independent worker with little need for supervision

5. KITCHEN ASSISTANT X 1

JOB PURPOSE: Assisting the Sous Chef in overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in the Kitchen and supervision of staff in the overall production of food.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum of a grade 12 certificate any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered
• Able to show initiative and have good interpersonal skills
• Must know how to use the cooking range, ovens, and other modern kitchen equipment.
• Able to interact with personnel from other departments
• Able to supervise a large kitchen brigade
• Be physically fit and be able to pass pre-employment and medical examinations.
