SCHOOL MANAGER / TEACHER x1
We are looking for a hard-working qualified and dedicated teacher with the following combination of skills.
- Be able to teach Handwriting skills in the lower primary grades 1 – 4.
- Be able to teach phonics skillfully and with efficiency to lower primary grade 1 – 4
- Be able to carefully plan for children’s literature lessons as a component of language art in English. This will be done with a view to inculcate a reading culture in young learners in the primary section.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good management skills at the school manager’s level in the primary section.
- Should have a Degree / Diploma in the English language from a recognized university and a member of the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
LIBRARIAN x1
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person to manage the school library with a collection of over 7000 volumes of books mostly for children. The overall objective is to inculcate a reading culture in the young learners at our school.
We are looking for someone with a lot of interest in children’s literature, well vested in children’s storybooks considered too good to be missed.
Resourceful person, update with library organization and be able to guide young learners on research and information gathering.
Excellent computer skills, be able to implement electronic accession of library books.
Minimum Qualifications
A Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution in Library studies or Information Technology.
