Mupapa Secondary School a private owned institution by the Seventh – Day Adventist Church, situated about 55 km away from Ndola is looking for innovative,proficient,energetic and self-motivated individuals in the following position;
1. Position-Head Teacher
Qualifications;
• Grade 12 school certificates with at least 5’O’ level credit which must include English and mathematics
• Bachelors Degree in Education
• Masters will be an added advantage
• At least five years’ experience or more in a busy and progress learning institution
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Proven track record in successfully developing, leading and managing educational related responsibilities
• Must be computer literacy and literacy and possess high communication skills
Required Skills and Competencies;
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong skills in project planning implantation and evaluation and experience working with ministry of Education
• Excellent inter-personal skills, with the ability to network and develop and maintain strong relation
2. Position- Deputy Head Teacher;
• Grade 12 certificate with at least 5’o’ levels credit which must include English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s degree in education
• At least five years’ experience or more in a busy and progress learning institution
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Proven track record in successfully developing, leading and managing educational related responsibilities
Required Skills and Competencies;
• Good team players and proven leadership skills
• Ability to monitor and supervise all the academics of the school
• Excellent inter-personal skills, with the ability to network and develop and maintain strong work relationship
3. Position- Business Manager
The candidate will be responsible for the business development and monitoring financial transactions and accounting reports and reconciliation of the accounts to ensure accurate and up to date financial information of the institution.
Qualifications
• Grade 12 school certificate with at least 5’o’ levels credits which include English and Mathematics
• Degree in Business and Finance
• ACCA level 3 or equivalent
• Must be a member of ZICA
• Computer skills must preferably include accounting software’s like Pastel, Sun plus or Sun systems
• 3 years or more of progressive experience in Business and Financial management
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Management and administrative skills
• Good judgment
• High sense of responsibility
• Good analytical skills
