National Institute of Public Administration: Head – Management Studies (1)
Purpose of the Job
To plan, co-ordinate and supervise training services in management studies training and consultancy work in order to impart knowledge, skills, and competences in students for the enhancement of their performance in the industry.
Reports to: Director, Management Studies Division
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Five (5) ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University.
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Public Administration or Management related discipline preferably with merit.
- Masters’degree in Public Administration or Management related discipline.
- PhD in Public Administration or Management related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years relevant postgraduate work experience at a supervisory level in a reputable organization.
- Evidence of Publications.
- Excellent oral and written Communication Skills.
- Must be computer Literate.
