Job Description

 Senior Consultant – Research and Development (1)

Job Purpose

Initiates, coordinates and carries out research, consultancy, and development activities on behalf of clients to enhance the Institute’s performance and delivery of services. Role holder manages, analyzes, and delivers data for research purposes, and develops new models and processes in pursuance of Institute goals. The role also involves organizing and coordinating consultancy activities in order to provide expert advice to clients, besides facilitation and training delivery.

Reports to: Chief Consultant – Consulting

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• 5 ‘0’ Levels or higher acceptable at a university awarding a BA/BSc Degree qualification or
  equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or Business studies with merit preferred
• A masters’ Degree in a related field is a must
• Minimum five (5) years postgraduate relevant experience in a similar role
• Evidence of publications in the area of specialization
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Numerical/Computation Skills
