National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational milling company specialized in the manufacturing of flour, mealie meal, stockfeeds products including trading in rice and other products wishes to engage additional staff in the following vacant position:

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANTS (PAYABLES)

Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the accounts payables team by completing payments, controlling expenses, processing, verifying, reconciling invoices and controlling expenses, verifying vendor account by reconciling monthly statements related transactions including expertise on taxes i.e. VAT, Sales tax, Withholding tax reporting. In addition, will also need to highlight the day to day management of all payments cycle activities and shall be required to complete related results in a timely and effective manner.

Key qualifications: In depth understanding of the accounts payables role. Full grade 12 School certificate, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) level 2, Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) accounting profession or its equivalent and with at least three (3) years previous work experience including knowledge of relevant accounting software’s specifically Navision will be an added advantage.
