The prosection Authority was established by Act.34 of 2010 of the Laws of Zambia to prosecute all criminal cases with fairness and impartiality in order to create a safe environment for Zambia’s social economic advancement and prosperity Management invites suitably qualified and industrious individuals to fill the following position

Executive Officer (01) – NPA/06: Reference Number: HRA/EXO/06

Reports to the Administrative officer and the officer shall be responsible for undertaking the provision of administrative support services in order to facilitate efficient and effective operations of the authority.

Principal Accountabilities

Undertakes timely availability of secretarial services in order to enhance operations of the ministry
Supervise effectively maintenance of buildings and surroundings in order to enhance conducive working environment
Undertakes timely provision of office space to officers in order to accommodate everyone
Undertakes timely provision and maintenance of office equipment in order to enhance utilisation of equipment
Undertakes effectively protocol functions in order to facilitate ministerial and other functions

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  •  Full Form V or Grade 12 School Certificate
  •  Diploma in Human Resources Management /Public Administration or equivalent
  •  1 years’ experience
  •  Able to write comprehensive reports
  •  Able to communicate effectively in English
  •  Required Competencies and Personal Attributes:
  •  Computer literate
  •  Ability to work under pressure

  •  Tact and diplomacy
  •  Interpersonal skills
  •  Confidentiality
