JOB OPPORTUNITY – “Head of Operations for Security Services”

An established business Enterprise seeks to recruit a result-oriented Head of Operations person who can achieve tangible improvements in the security arena.

Excellent technical and communication skills are a must, as well as proven security leadership.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Degree in Criminal Justice or related major.
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in corporate security, law enforcement/ military or equivalent experience.
  3. Proficiency in Computers, CCTV, Fire and Safety Systems.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Overall management and direction of the Operational Support Team.
  2. Engage with clients to ensure that the services meet their requirements.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to track security-related issues and implement solutions
  4. Work with technical team in developing and implementing strategies to enhance system usability and provide a high level of security over physical facilities.
  5. Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities, personnel and information systems.
  6. Responsible for all operational patrol and response.
