Job Title Senior: Network Support Manager
Overall Purpose
To manage a team of experts in the analysis and resolution of complex technical challenges on all Wireless and Fixed Access, Transmission, IP Transport and Power subsystems on the Zamtel Network to ensure optimum availability and provision of quality.
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Telecommunications/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Professional Registration: Member of EIZ and Valid ERB Licence
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Telecommunications, familiar with O&M and technical support work flow and practices.
Key Skills:
- Technical knowledge of Mobile and Fixed Network technology
- Broad knowledge of best practice standards and processes
- Has Sound understanding of all ZAMTEL systems and platforms
- Fully proficient with operations processes
