FRONTLINE PERFORMANCE & SERVICE TRAINER

Responsibilities

  • To provide learning solutions which are aligned to strategic business objectives & training needs.
  • To take ownership for accurate & timely delivery of training initiatives in line with training plans.
  • Design & create training modules for new & existing processes & procedures, to potentially include supporting new client product training
  • Deliver professional training modules to new & existing staff, evaluating the effectiveness for all individuals.
  • Identify individual & departmental training needs across all areas through consultancy with team leaders, managers & ongoing monitoring of new recruits.
  • Actively seek new ideas, create & implement change to training practice to meet business objectives.
  • Liaise with the internal learning partners or L&OD sub-unit for the provision of specialized training as required
  • Implement processes and aligns resources to enhance knowledge share within Frontline areas

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in business related field
  • 2 years working experience with a good understanding of training
  • Coaching and Presentation skills
  • Basic GSM, Products and Services training
  • Advanced knowledge of digital technology & devices
