HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Job Summary

• To facilitate timely recruitment of required manpower.
• To monitor and facilitate labor movements e.g promotions, transfers, probation etc.
• To provide payroll inputs and generation of manpower analytical reports.

Education and Work Experience

• Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
• Member of the ZIHRM.
