REPORTING TO THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR, THE MAIN DUTIES ARE:
- Facilities Management
- Partner Relationship & Performance Management
- Actualize Revenue Opportunities
- Compliance with Annual Operating Plan and Management of Admin budgets
- Project Management
- Partner Relationship & Performance Management
- Staff Training on Occupation Health and Safety
- Compliance with Local and International Standards on EHSC
REQUIRED SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE
- University degree in a technical field e.g. Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture or Building Technology.
- Certification in Contract Management or Project Management or Facilities Management
- Financial knowledge: possess intermediate financial accounting knowledge
- Over 5 years’ functional experience in the busy multinational environment. Telecom experience is an added advantage
- Functional knowledge of real estate and facilities management
- Experience in managing large fleet and drivers
- Excellent knowledge of ERP/Oracle is an added advantage
- Good project management experience
