TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia is a childcare and development non-governmental organization working in 134 countries.

SOS has set aside funds to be used towards finance for the construction of two ablution blocks at some selected schools in Lusaka Province. Interested and eligible building contractors are now invited to bid for the construction works. Contractors should be duly certified by NCC and must be in possession of valid construction certificate in Grade 6 category B.

The contractors shall undertake the construction of ablution blocks in the following lots. Bidders will only be allowed to bid for one lot each.

Lot 1: Construction of One Ablution Block at Mutambe Primary School in Lusaka Province.
Lot 2: Construction of One Ablution Block at Shifwankula Secondary School in Lusaka Province.

Complete set of bidding document is accessible through the SOS procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW200.00

Bidders shall be required to carry out site visit as a pre-requisite before submitting the completed bid document.

Responses to clarification will only be allowed via email to enable documentation of any communication. No telephone guidelines or clarifications shall be made.
