The Operations Specialist is responsible for the administration of the BroadPay Self-Service Kiosks, products, services and related systems. Works closely with vendors, management and regulatory authorities regarding Kiosk placement; prepares written proposals; assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies; performs a cost-benefit and risk analysis; negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of a related product or service solutions. Coordinates the integrations between the BroadPay systems and those of the service providers, Contributes to the company’s growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from kiosk products and services; attains established individual, department and Company goals. Oversees the handling of customer disputes or fraudulent issues in accordance with the Bank Of Zambia regulations. Performs direct supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas.

Qualifications:

• Bsc. Computer Science or related course
• International A+ certificate is an added advantage

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid drivers licence
• 2 years work experience
