SUPPLY TRAINEE – ELECTRICAL (LUSAKA) X1

Contract: Permanent

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

• Receiving training and performing duties in the maintenance department
• Receiving training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities
• Learning line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
• Participating in setting performance goals and objectives with upper management
• Monitoring performance progress with management and key trainers
• Observing experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties.

This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following requirements:-

• Grade 12 certificate with six credits
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to communicate well
• Must be a team player
• Ability to adhere to instructions, work in shifts with minimum supervision and action oriented
• Sober mind, self-starter, physically fit and honest
