Job Description:

Alliance Media is seeking a driven individual to join its Outdoor Sales Team. We seek an individual who is capable of managing a developed list of Client Accounts as well as generating new leads and loyal customers. The main target of this position is customer satisfaction and revenue generation through retaining and increasing customer accounts. From prospective calling/visiting to completing the sale, this position will connect you with high-profile business/community leaders and decision makers.

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and driven, and have had previous expertise in sales. Applicants must be able to work within CRM, be computer literate, follow procedure, achieve revenue goals, and develop new customer relationships. This position requires a demonstrated ability to interact and cooperate with various levels of clientele.

Job Responsibilities :

– Maintain relationships with existing customer base through regularly scheduled visits.
– Conduct prospective communications to develop new business prospects.
– Process contractual correspondence and artwork for the completion of a sale through an internal computer software system
– Sell consultatively and make relevant recommendations to prospective customers to increase clients advertising ROI.
– Assist with preparation of sales literature, contracts, media kits, or various other projects assigned.
– Follow-up on leads and prospects
– Assist Country Operations Manager and Financial Assistant in implementing company’s marketing/sales goals.
– Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
– Ability to communicate clearly, comprehensively, and with complete professional and personal integrity.

Job Specifications – NOT NEGOTIABLE:

– Seeking a positive self starter who likes challenges and is willing to work hard, with strong multitasking abilities.
– Has completed a minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience in reputable companies.
– Possesses a professional appearance and demeanour.
– Willing to travel by own transportation
– Above average Microsoft Office knowledge
