Educore Services seeks to employ a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Academic ICT Specialist to be based in Kalumbila. The suitable candidate will report to the ICT Networks & Systems Administrator and directly contribute to all areas of the organization.

Main Purpose of the Job

• Network management to ensure a continuous up-time of internal network of assigned school
• Providing technical assistance to all departments
• Undertake information technology support tasks in accordance with the requirement of the school
• Monitoring and maintenance of internet access for all users proving highest possible up-time
• Hardware repair and maintenance of all computers in all schools
• Coordinate the provision of ICT training in order to equip staff with requisite ICT knowledge and skills
• Working in hand with our service providers to ensure all printers are functioning well
• ISAMS maintenance and ensure staff have access at all times

Qualifications,

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role

• Proven ICT skills/very good knowledge with all office product including Office 365
• Knowledge of Academic MIS systems
• Proven skills in training end users of all levels and developing training plans
• Excellent knowledge of networking

• High accuracy of work, reliability and trustworthiness
