4. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – ACADEMIC OFFICER X 01
Job Purpose:
To manage the academic office in order to ensure proper management of student records and provide a conducive learning environment
Principal Accountabilities:
- To generate and maintain student records
- To ensure availability Of teaching aids
- To ensure availability or classroom furniture
- To ensure management of classroom usage
- To ensure general cleanliness Of classrooms
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
- Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least 05 Credits that must include English Language
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Records Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work and Education.
- Must have good public and human relations skills
- Must have 03 years practical work experience in a similar or related position in a reputable institution
- Must be computer literate in Word and Excel
- Must be between 25 and 45 years of age
