Job Title: Project Manager
Key responsibilities will include:
- To build a good portfolio for the company
- Marketing the product of the company
- Able to build good relationship with the government agencies and local construction company
- Evaluate public attitudes and opinion of client on the product
- Able to manage projects with client and someone who can be mobile and Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Execute the expansion plan.
- Ensuring the most effective presentation to client.
- Identify market opportunities, new customers and generate new business leads.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends.
- Create and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Networking in order to generate new business.
Qualification.
- Grade 12 with five (5) “O” Levels with credit or better in Mathematics and English Language
- diploma in development studies, business administration or equivalent.
- a degree will be an added advantages
