Job Title: Trainee Procurement & Logistic Officer

1. Raising purchase orders for all purchases ( Import and local)
2. Raising of Proforma Invoices
3. Tracking of consignments from despatch until received
4. Coordinate with Sales team on products required and place orders
5. Get prices for products intended for purchase before placing an order
6. Maintain tracking record of all imports and coordinate with clearing agents on speed clearing of consignments.
7. Comparison of purchase orders against invoices
8. Check if products comply with specifications on order.
9. Arrange for Certificate of Analysis and MSDS for all purchased products.
10. Attend to customer queries regarding product quality and specification

 

How to Apply

Interested candidates must possess the following:-

1. Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Supply. A degree is an added advantage
2. Must be honest
3. Able to work under minimum supervision
4. Good analytical skills
5. Must be aged between 24 to 27years.
