POSITION: OFFICER – BILLING AND DATA PROCESSING (1)

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

Summary of duties and responsibilities

Execute Billing and Data Processing activities and provide support to the Retail and Concession unit, in line with the relevant legislation, policies, strategies, processes, procedures and required standards, and in alignment with the overall ZACL Strategy.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide input and support in the development of Unit’s operational strategies and plans to ensure optimal business performance
  • Provide effective and efficient Billing and Data Processing services
  • Assist in the execution of the strategic initiatives/projects and operational excellence programs
  • Provide information management and reporting services

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Grade 12 School Certificate with at least 5 “O” level credits including English and Mathematics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants or Zambia Institute of Marketing or any other relevant professional body
