In order to support the Administration Department, we are currently looking for the services of a Procurement Officer.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinating and preparing tender documents
  Preparing quarterly reports and coordinating the quarterly procurement committee meetings
• Contract management
• Relationship management of all stakeholders
• Setting key performance indicators for suppliers and setting standards against which suppliers are evaluated
• Performing market surveys and procurement research and advising Management on market trends, pricing and products
• Negotiating of price and delivery times for all goods and services
• Preparing all purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services

Minimum requirements:

• A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related
• 2-3 years progressive work experience in Procurement particularly in a similar capacity as Procurement Officer
• Have strong computer skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and service oriented behavior
• Professionalism and integrity
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
