JOB PURPOSE:

To deliver set revenue targets from the corporate bucket through partner acquisition, relationship management and implementation of pre and post launch BTL/ATL activities.

REPORTING TO THE AIRTEL MONEY HEAD, THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Achievement of the desired revenue from Bill payment transactions
• Achievement of the desired revenue from Bulk payment transactions
• Achievement of the desired revenue from Business to Business transactions
• Achievement of the desired revenue from Advanced Services transactions

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a degree in the Commercial discipline. Master’s in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• 5+ years of experience in corporate sales and proven experience in managing a sales team
• 4+ years of experience in a financial institution and or telecommunications industry
• 3+ years of experience at manager level

PERSONAL BEHAVIOUR REQUIRED IN THE POST.

• Ability to negotiate for business at C-level executives
• Personal initiative and ability to work independently, to focus on priorities, to monitor and evaluate progress and to meet deadlines
• Ability to provide guidelines to staff under him/her for the overall mandate of the corporate segment
• Excellent oral and written communication and good presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain networks of contact
• Personal effectiveness in working in a team and multicultural environment.
• A high degree of integrity
