Bikolinah Car Hire is looking for hardworking and professional interns (3) to join our highly productive and results-oriented team at our offices, BKH is located Longacre’s areas of Lusaka. This is an opportunity to launch a career in Car Hire Industry services, this role will present a fantastic development and training opportunity for the right candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan of BKH
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Developing and implementing an internal Marketing program.
• Supporting the day to day marketing activities.
• Plan develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
• Submit quarterly work plans and monthly reports to BKH, Finance officer
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
• Responds well to questions; participates in meetings.
• Assist in maintaining hard-copy and electronic client files
• Assist other team members in Marketing with ad-hoc tasks
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Manager. e.g. Processing loans, Marketing,
• Recording all client’s correspondence, collect information from the customer analyze it and give appropriate feedback. etc.
• Data entry and maintenance databases for all clients.
• Help BKH develop systems in the Marketing Department.

Qualifications:

• Recently graduated candidate with a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business administration.
• Preferably Lusaka residents
