Facilities Team Lead

DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management

SECTION: Real Estate & Facilities

VACANCY: Facilities Team Lead

LOCATION: Lusaka

JOB PURPOSE:

Facilities management of owned and leased company offices, shops, and switch rooms.

REPORTING TO THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR, THE MAIN DUTIES ARE:

  • Facilities Management
  • Partner Relationship & Performance Management
  • Actualize Revenue Opportunities
  • Compliance with Annual Operating Plan and Management of Admin budgets
  • Project Management
  • Partner Relationship & Performance Management
  • Staff Training on Occupation Health and Safety
  • Compliance with Local and International Standards on EHSC

REQUIRED SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree in a technical field e.g. Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture or Building Technology.
  • Certification in Contract Management or Project Management or Facilities Management
  • Financial knowledge: possess intermediate financial accounting knowledge
  • Over 5 years’ functional experience in the busy multinational environment. Telecom experience is an added advantage
  • Functional knowledge of real estate and facilities management
  • Experience in managing large fleet and drivers
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP/Oracle
  • Good project management experience
